Karin Shooter

Karin began her career at a marketing agency in Marin County where she was employed for 15 years working in customer service, technology, and operations. She later joined WineDirect, where she was SVP of ecommerce & logistics over a 10-year period. She loves to laugh, smiles more than frowns, enjoys mentoring, and collaborating with others to solve complex business problems.

On a personal note, she enjoys cooking and baking and is teased at home for rating her own cooking 5 stars. In her free time, she appreciates quiet weekends at the lake, spoiling her dog and spending time with her family.
