Crystal grew up in Sonoma County and chose to raise her 2 children here as well because she feels that this is truly the most beautiful place to live. When she joined the workforce, she knew that the wine industry was just right for her, not only because she lived in Wine Country, but also because of how amazing the people are in the industry. Her work experience includes vineyard office, inventory and compliance at a company with multiple wineries, brands, and locations, and now DH Wine Compliance. Working in each of these environments has given Crystal an understanding of why and how everything flows within the wine industry.

What did you want to be when you grew up? An Accountant (I know, weird!)
