Liz began her career in the high tech world. Her love of food and wine fostered an interest in the wine industry where she has worked for over 14 years. She has done everything from punchdowns to compliance work for 3 small wineries. She has been doing solely compliance for 6 years. Liz is also an amazing chef. As our resident chef at DHWC she is often at the helm of our monthly company meals.
